Are you of East- or Southeast-Asian descent and have you experienced racism in the Netherlands, for example on public transport or online? Or were you a bystander? Let us know and file a report!
Note: When reporting online content, it’s important to include not just the link, but also screenshots and screen recordings. Online posts can be removed quickly, which means we may not be able to assess your report without proper evidence.
Reporting racism and discrimination is important because it acknowledges your experience and helps make the problem visible. Many incidents remain under the radar unless they are reported. By speaking up, you contribute to awareness, change, and the collection of data that shows this is really happening. It can also support your emotional processing and help you stand stronger — for yourself and for others.
When you file a report, Asian Raisins will assess what the best course of action is, in addition to registering it. The type of action taken depends on the situation and our capacity. Please note that Asian Raisins is entirely volunteer-run.
Absolutely! If you would like support from Asian Raisins or to be connected with a local anti-discrimination center, we will need your contact information — but this is not required to submit a report.
This toolkit is specifically designed for East and Southeast Asian people who experience racism. It is also for anyone interested and allies who want to learn more about anti-Asian racism and how to combat it. We provide practical tips on how to best deal with common forms of racism and direct you to where you can find more information and support.
We hebben beperkte capaciteit en richten ons op bewustwording, maar alle meldingen worden opgeslagen voor statistieken. Meld daarnaast via discriminatie.nl, waar betaalde medewerkers ze kunnen oppakken.
