Anne-Noor, daughter of a Javanese mom and Dutch dad, was born and raised in a small village near Den Bosch. She moved to Amsterdam for her studies and has been living there for 10 years. Looking back at her life in Den Bosch, she experienced a lot of racism and discrimination even though she wasn’t always aware of it. Now that she’s older it became important to her to speak out about this to others. Things need to change. So with great enthusiasm she joined the PR team of Asian Raisins in our fight against racism and discrimination.
